Absolutely excellent food. Prices may be a little on the high side for what is mostly a take out fast service kind of place, but it's worth it as the quality is excellent. Staff is always friendly and service is quick.

Casual Mexican place with amazing tacos and other items. We had the shrimp, al pastor, and carnitas tacos and they were all delicious. Service is friendly and place is very clean. Also a huge selection of sauces and sides.
Love Red Cork next door which has the same owner, so was very excited to finally try Taqueria Puebla.
We tried 4 street tacos and one small burrito along with sampling the salsas. Everything was super tasty and had good depth of flavor. Food came out very fast and was packed well to take home. So happy that you can easily mix and match to build a meal to fit your appetite.

I crave their tacos, so I keep coming back. Great prices. Wonderful hospitality. Not a place to be overlooked in Mukilteo. They will greet you with a smile and give you some AMAZING food. You will be back, I sure will.
I sometimes wish they were on the other apps for delivery/pick up but I can appreciate the way they run their business. I know those other apps can be a hassle so It's not a big deal, I will be back either way. Thanks for the great service.

We hired Taqueria Puebla through Red Cork Bistro & Catering for our wedding. The food was absolutely AMAZING! So many of our guests have told us multiple times that the tacos at our wedding were the best they've ever had. Adrian was such a pleasure to work and plan with. The buffet table was set up to match the elegance of our event. Everything was perfect!
We still go to Taqueria Puebla frequently! I strongly suggest using Taqueria Puebla (Red Cork Bistro & Catering) as the caterer for your event. And at the very least go in to enjoy their DELICIOUS tacos!

Such a cool spot!
I found it by chance while flying into PAE nearby. Glad I found it too. This little strip mall looks like a cute little story book craftsman style strip mall. Even QFC was muted and all white. Super cute.
This place was super busy, friendly and welcoming. It was 100 degrees day but I chose to sit outside: very nice and cool around 7 pm. Plus, you get to see all the planes land!

Sopes / good! Very filling. I had tinga and carne asada.
Tacos: yumm!! Chicken was delicious. Salsa was delicious too.
Salsa bar : the best! Hottest sauces are the best!!! So hot and flavorful. Lines out the door for their little salsa bar and you can see why.
